Just wanted to thank Mike at extreme power house as well as the Bms team for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Honestly I did not expect this outcome.
The situation was that........
I purchased bms exhaust tips amongst other pieces from Mike. Everything showed up super quick (as usual with Mike@x-ph)
Within 180 miles of installing the exhaust tips (by me) one of them fell off.
I was really bummed out and confused honestly as I have yet to see one fall off, ever!!!! I have installed quite a few of these in my time at Bmw and have never had an issue. Not even once.
I messaged Mike at extreme power house and within hours had a response from him that he would contact bms. I honestly thought given the situation they would have told me too bad so sad, but no. I received an email from bms that they were notified of the situation and asked if it were properly installed as they haven't heard of one falling off. I mentioned that I installed a bunch on these and so on but no one is perfect so yes it could have been my fault.
About 30 min later I got a response that they will replace the missing exhaust tip as long as I pay shipping
More than fair I would say!!!!!!
Talk about amazing customer service!!!!!
So a big thank you to Mike and bms!!!!!
Btw... I see a pattern here with Mike, a very good pattern.
Just want you to know Mike, all of your help is greatly appreciated and your fantastic customer service, does not go unnoticed!!!
