Like you, it's only really audible with windows down and next to a wall or something that reflects the sounds back. I always thought mine was coming from the rear of the car but sounds do travel.

it was def coming from the front right exhaust side louder and yes the frequency was with the engine rpm and volume with the throttle. I was told they fixed it today so i will pick it up tomorrow and let you know |
Okay, mine is static it's constantly the same regardless of rpm. |
got the car back noise is still there.
