Its not legal. I ran one for a while and never thought twice about police. Unless you are a hoon driving around like a dick you got nothing to worry about
It does smell but not ever while your in the car. But the moment you stop and get out you can smell it.
Thing is you dont stand behind cars sniffing..if you do your weired
