I got my car Friday and the car has 46 miles on it and I got the drivetrain malfunction. I will be having the dealer pick the car up from my office tomorrow it was pretty scary. Like the OP, I switched from D to Sport but I was stopped at a stop sign (possibly not 100% stopped but I think I was. Luckily, no cars were coming as I was making a left turn and that could have caused a huge accident.
My screen was exactly what the photo on the top of this page was.
I guess there are a number of issues that cause this? Having a drivetrain malfunction before I hit my 50th mile in the car is infuriating. Luckily its a lease
