Maybe not as a standard option, but if you have the $8K, I'm sure a buyer and BMW can work something out.
Also, keep in mind that in Europe, a 428i is seen as very powerful, as the line starts at 418i I think.
If you order your car you can have almost anything. I had a ton of possible Configurations, they just all cost a ton.
