I was poking around the engine compartment of my newly acquired 340i and noticed something odd(at least to me). The fan assembly that contains the radiator and fan shroud moves forward and aft with the push of a finger, there's no left or right movement. There's around an inch of travel. Is this normal? I didn't see any missing connectors or bolts.
