I took mine to the dealership yesterday and they told me it'd be $120 to diagnose and $180 to reprogram. And the diagnosis fee will not go towards to repair. So I took the chance of just doing the programming and unfortunately my problem is still present.
I didn't think it was a mechanical issue since it is only present at a particular speed, but I guess I'll start digging into the steering system more now.
