My spoiler came with tape already on the underside and a little tube of adhesive enhancer. I as I said in my previous posts, I washed the car and let it dry before I installed; then, after making with masking tape the placement of the spoiler on the trunk, I used rubbing alcohol on the trunk. Suggest you look at my earlier posts: #455 12 Jul 14 (used the bottom picture's placement); and #474 5 Aug 14.
Hope that helps

@RSnic
Thanks for the advice, but that isn't my issue. I've placed the spoiler just fine and it sits on the trunk fine as well. My issue is that if you look at the spoiler from an angle you can see the tape that it was mounted with. This is because I put the tape on the very edge of the spoiler I think.
Do you remember where the tape was on yours when you got it? Was it along the edge of the spoiler or more towards the middle?
