Dafuq? My E36 M3's brakes lasted till 65k, Z3M lasted to 70k with autocross and a track day on them, and I'm pretty hard on brakes. Second set on the Z3M is going strong 138k, but I do have separate track pads now.
I'd be VERY surprised if anyone gets under 50k street miles on their F30's brakes. Though be forewarned the stability control system uses the brakes so if you're running your car really hard with the nannies on, you can burn em up (especially the rears) quicker than that.
