May 2022 and I've just got my first 4-series - LOVE IT!
So over the years I've tried very hard to have my forever black BMW coupe.
I seem to average one per decade but not for very long...
The first one got sold to cover some messy divorce costs.
The second one, bought years later, got sold as a second child was on the way and the rear would really not have worked...
Fast forward to 2022 and I am soon 49 - so 50 next year - so I've got myself a 435d xdrive in Sapphire Black (how is sapphire related to black anyway) as my early 50th birthday pressie.
I've owned him/her/them - provisonally named Midnite (after Papa) for all of two days and haven't yet stopped smiling.
50k miles? 2 owners before me? 2016 plate? Who cares I have a UK BMW approved used warranty and they'll have to prise this car out of my still clutching dead hands.
Ah - that feels better.
