Is you car registered into Germany and driving with our Numberplates, have you to visit the 2nd annual technical inspections?
If yes, Im affraid the DINAN would void German laws of installing parts w/o any documentation for the EUROPEAN market.
If no, feel free to install whatever you want, but unfortunately I dont know a shop for that.
