Shouldn't be too hard to find something very close.

I bought my M-Performance carbon/alcantara trim new from Schmiedmann for less than $1k - so if that's really important you can do it yourself if you budget this cost from the get-go.
When you sell the car down the road, you can resell and recoup most of this investment.

Bumper holes shouldn't matter. You can add this to your negotiation terms - I did. When you are buying the car, tell them you want the holes properly filled and covered up/painted and they will do it. Easier when buying from a BMW dealership as they have their own body shop.

It's the track handling package that's much less common here. Recommend doing a search through the BMWNA website used inventory.

M Sport Brakes can also be retrofitted, but I understand the want for them (mine came with them even though I didn't need them).
Keep in mind, these upgraded brakes are prone to more squealing and higher dust/dirtier wheels. I ended up putting ceramic pads on and replacing my rotors to mitigate this.
