I have just discovered a roofing nail in the tread of my rear run flat.
Not sure how long it has been there for. The tyre pressure monitor says all is well. So should I:
1 Leave it there to preserve the airseal, but I am not sure whether the nail has fully punctured the casing or:
2 Pull it out as if I keep driving on it it will eventually work its way through the casing and cause a leak.
I know long term I will have to replace/repair this tyre.
