I bought mine about 6 years ago off Amazon. It's the XITech ZHOL ELM327 Bluetooth OBDII OBD2 Diagnostic Scanner. But I just looked and it's no longer available. (not surprised 6 years down the road) But it's still working fine.
That said it looks like the BAFX 34t5 Bluetooth is a good one and works fine with Torque based on several comments there.

Although it's running and can be seen throughout this video I did, jump to 1:24 and I focus on it being used on my 7" Android tablet in the car.
Edit - It also allows you to log the data from the various sensors to come back and reference. I've posted a few of those graphs on here from dyno runs and stuff. They came from Torque Pro.
