Did you set your SSID and password with no capitals?
WIFI network (Phone’s hotspot or home/shop Wifi) with the following name and password (case sensitive):
o SSID: bootmod3
o Password: bootmod3
Can you connect anything else to your hotspot and it stays connected?
You could try taking out the SD card from the agent and reinstalling the software. This will explain how to do that.

My Note 9 has no problems connecting and I use the Samsung Good Lock App to automate turning on my hotspot when my phone connects to my car's Bluetooth. Hotspot comes on and agent connects. When I turn the car off my hotspot turns off. I just setup a routine in Good Lock when Bluetooth connects to my car, hotspot turns on and it also starts Spotify automatically.
