This board is all very familiar with the lawsuit (including the URL with Nov 2018 update that you posted). What is new is what you indicate above about your conversation with lawyers involved in the suit....could u please elaborate? Is there any public posting consistent with this NEW info from which we can draw more? Or should we write this off as lawyer-salesman-speak? Thanks !
