Hardly any mention of what must be a superb car. A model that in the E9* range was often the choice of the enthusiast, and/or a 'filler' between the 330i and an M3.
Anyone waiting for the coupe before getting the 335i engine?
Any views?

Not me for sure!
It might have a creamy engine, but its fuel comsumption would be awful especially in London and, in real world terms, it's no faster. In fact, mid-range acceleration is much worse.
Besides, all Petrol F30s have a higher drag coefficient than their Diesel counterparts.
Now, I do like my 'drag' levels to be as low as possible.
