Good news everyone.
Although the car was totaled i won at the end.
Geico paid back the tax money i paid when i signed the car (about $2k).
The settlement amount was priced higher than the car value that BMW asked for. And guess what?!
BMW paid back 10K back in cash!!!
I was also able to sign same model car 2019 BMW 440ix gc white with red leather, m sports package, 19 inch wheel, m adaptive suspension @ even lower monthly payment! The new car is $1000 dollar (msrp) more expansive than the old one.
I was paying 505 for the car i got into accident and now im paying $463!
Cant be happier how this turned out to be.
