It does have the mirror fold button on the inside door panel, but unfortunately that (holding the lock on the FOB) doesn't work on mine, I believe it has to do with it being US model. To my knowledge this is standard in the EU models, but not with US BMW vehicles.  |
Wait until your v gate arrives. Then check coding possibilities. It may be disabled as default. It would be impossible for your car to not have a Comfort Access System (CAS) unit (aka ECU). Report back.
