Car already moving, on 3rd gear, rpms 2000-2500 -> open throttle fully (pedal all the way down, if you have AT, don't activate kickdown) and go from ~2000rpm on 3rd until you need to change to 4th at full throttle and give it few more seconds of full throttle on 4th gear.
Be sure that you have safe surroundings, level and dry road with no traffic. For comparable data, use the same stretch of road for all of your logs if at all possible.
Remember to fully deactivate ESP by holding down the DTC button for 5+ seconds so that it will not interfere and skew the log.
