Still not a perfect run. As the previous poster stated: Go to around 2500rpm in 3rd gear and keep the throttle steady, then smoothly increase throttle (1-2 seconds from 2500rpm to your pedal is all the way down) to full throttle without triggering kickdown, then if you have space, shift to 4th and go as far as you can there as well.
Timing seems low, but perhaps that's how it intentionally is on the ACN map? I can't see any knock.
Why are you running 91 ACN if you have 98 octane fuel? I assume this is a 320i?
