Over torqued Oil pan drain bolt N55

Well, I think I have over torqued the oil pan drain bolt. Just finished the oil change and when tightening the bolt it just never gets to spec and keeps turning. I then added the new oil as I needed to drive today. Ran the engine for a bit and I really don't see any leaks but I know it may be a future issue. I'm still cpo for a year and wondering advice. Changing out the oil pan might cost over 1k and I'd like to avoid that for now.

No idea if it's the bolt or the pan

I'm tempted to bring it to bmw and have them tell me my options after I ask for an oil change in about a month...

Any advice would be welcome

Thank you!
