So was my 2012 Nissan Maxima...
Eventually I found a way I could move the wheel trim aside just enough to get my arm in to unscrew it, but technically the wheel was supposed to be removed. And changing the headlight bulbs required an entire afternoon of front end removal.
Yet, I could change the serpentine belt in about 15 minutes with no free space to work with in the engine bay whatsoever. Go figure.
