Ever needed to replace door seals?

Had mine now for 5.5 yrs and noticed that three door seals have come loose.
The big rubbery strings that are sort of U-shaped around the lower portion of the door. I had much older cars in the distant past, but door seals had never come off or worn out.

Bizzarrely, the driver door, obviously most used, looks perfectly fine. Rear and passenger side are affected.

They are glued on with some self-adhesive tape, not in a groove or something.
Should I repair this myself or do I need a dealer?

For those with quick access to the part catalog: Its part no 51767289930 at the rather stiff price of £45 for a piece of rubber.

There is a note in the parts catalog
