Microfilters are about $35 on line. You can change them.
Oil changes (even at dealers) are about $80.00. Plugs shouldn't be anywhere near that amount..you can do them or an Indy can for probably $100 or so.
I'd be pissed. I have a 2015 with 30K miles. I'm not bothering with plugs for quite awhile...(although my engine now only has 4k miles on it...the orig blew up at 26k miles.)
