According to that a manual transmission car is worth less than an automatic. From all the searching I did trying to track down this car when I bought it, and talking to the dealerships when I was searching for my wife's X3 having a manual in a modern 3 series is rare, and adds value. From that web site my car is worth less than 18,000. All the comparable listings in Vancouver are around $22-$24,000 with an automatic transmission.
