Its not a secret. This is the BMW part number for the FSC 8TH:
66 50 2 444 948 Speed Limit Info
But FSC isnt the only part that is required. Also 65 50 2 184 753 is required.
ACC could be retrofitted and dont need any FSC but lots of expensive parts.
