Yah they generally come unpainted. I got a quote to get my regular bumper totally repainted due to some damage and it was $500, but that's with expensive paint and the best clear coat, you could probably get a lot cheaper than that. I'd guess between $600 and $1000 to get bumpers painted and installed front and rear.
