Ah forgot to update you guys.
Yes, brand new Lifeguard ZF8 transmission fluid was used to refill the car. I used ISTA/D to measure the oil temp for the correct fill.
All 10 quarts of the oil were drained and refilled with new oil.. that was the easiest part!
