both, fabspeed and cg precision ds-1, are high flow cats that do not trigger a cel, can run standalone without a tune and provide a decent gain.
flash tune and catted downpipe together will yield more gains.
of course, if you elect to go catless then you need the flash tune to clear the cel that will be triggered.
