so they drove 3 more they had on the lot and they all did it. all the stuff they're doing is now going up the chian from the service center -> local engineer -> bmwna -> germany and back down.. it's been a week...............................UGH

they tried to tell me that if they cant fix it, then it's normal and they'll just give it back.. i explained that their incompetence in their ability to fix it is NOT the same as it being "normal"

we'll cross that bridge when we get there, though.
