You know what happened?
On my second visit, I met BMW enginner (technisian), he kept saying "nothing wrong, desigend to have the vibrations at that speed".  After he said like that, everyone in service center started to say "THIS VIBRATION IS NORMAL. NOTING WRONG" even they say "bring a car which doesn't have vibration, then I will try to fix" Can you believe this? I think I need a good lawyer. Very disappointed. |
