Powder coating gets my vote. I had an Infiniti G35 before I got my F30, first I plastidipped the wheels black but I wasnt totally satisfied with the outcome. Decided to get them powder coated gloss black and it was exactly what I'd been looking for. They were $80 per wheel for 18's down here in South Florida
