You need to speak to the Police as mentioned....Operation Cundall is an agreement between BMW and the Police. You sign a form and BMW tell the Police where the car is.
BMW won't help you on their own. |
As in the last post only the Police can speak to BMW - that is why you sign the form giving them consent to..
