So for anyone wondering if you get ots map acquiring failure, DO open a ticket and they will take care of it. Dzenan at bm3 told me they don't have support for all n20s so they add it as the software versions come in unlike s55s where they have all that stuff already.

Ah! I should've known that lol. Same thing happened with
IssaF32 except he had to wait like 3 weeks
