Currently going through DtD on a 330d. Once you agree on the specs and are happy with the price they will put you in touch with a dealer who will then take over. DtD are only a broker the actual selling etc is through a brick and mortar BMW dealership.
Edited to add: All dealer finance options such as PCP/HP/lease are normally available when you order with DtD
