2013 328i 4 door Sedan - CIC NBT North America NEXT 2016-1

I am new to the Bimmer club. Just bought myself a 2013 328i 4 door Sedan
This is my first BMW and i have been researching a lot on the maps since the last couple of days
Looks like I have a CIC-HIGH(NBT). I have maps that have never been upgraded. I have a few questions for you
1) What is the difference between MOVE, MOTION, or ROUTE
(is it applicable to CIC-NBT) ?
2) Where do I get the FSC Code ?
3) If i get the FSC code from you, will BMW cancel my warranty ?
4) is the North America NEXT 2016-1 the latest for my GPS ?
