3. My vehicle came with HU_NBT Nav Professional so A173*10B Pins 10& 11 were in use. I tapped into the K-CAN2 bus from the QuadLock Connector since it was easier for me to access.

So simply add IHKA3 to VO and done?
I am told the aux coolant pump is showing no reading in your ISTA pic is the newer 2016 F3x (as well as the 2015 F8x) models have a newer aux pump that supplies this info to IHKA3.
Obviously, that has not been replaced on your vehicle. Of course as the 2015 F3x operates without it, it seems that is not needed for proper operation.
