I'm pretty sure M4 oem parts are not simple plug and play onto a F32. As far as M4 replica kits for the f32 go, Kies Morotorsports sells one made by PhaseOne. They guarantee fitment.

However like most people on this forum you should consider a M-Sport kit. Its a huge upgrade to the stock look, and you'll find way more aftermarket parts to fit. You might regret the M4 conversion as it tends to give of major "poser" vibes. but as always Its your car do whatever makes you happy!
