Got around to lowering the car last week. I have never driven a stock height car around for so long. Three and a half months is a new record for me, especially since I had a new set of springs on hand even before I took delivery of the car.
Obviously, the car's stance looks much better but I really appreciate how well the adaptive dampeners pair with the springs in terms of overall dampening, ride quality and responsiveness. To me, it rides and handles better than stock which felt floaty.
I think I'll stick with the 405M's for a couple more weeks before switching to a set of BBS LMR's I've had sitting around for a couple of months. I'm liking this rim / calliper combo since it gives my 2nd F31 a bit of a different persona as compared to my original 2014 F31 build.
