I don't even want to tell you where I picked up the center carrier bushing from....
All vibrations are gone now that the wheels have been replaced. Decided on Konig Hypergramm in 18x8.5 with +35mm offset; found them for $200/ea with free shipping. For reference, I put a 245/40/18 tire on them.
