The guy said multiple times that he didn't know rust was in it. With the amount of people saying their JB4 is touchy and hesitates from time to time, I wouldn't inspect it either and just assume I had the same problems as other users. And if you're trying to rip people off, you don't meet up and let them inspect the product first. I've had people plug in electronic parts before sale just to make sure it all fits and operates. You should have checked it more.
