One just has to key-in a 4 digit code and then the car is live. Without it, nothing works. A bit of a pain, but better to be safe than sorry.

Did you install this yourself?
I went to your link but there wasnt any in depth info about the product. If it is easy to install, doesn't this mean that it's easy to get around the immobiliser by mere definition?
Btw if this works, then i am relieved because i was seriously thinking of buying a steering lock!
