Know and understand the feeling. The first time I went to get a Dinan tune flashed in my 2013 X1 35i I sat and waited almost 3 hours for them to come out and tell me something was wrong and that I would have to come back after they talked to Dinan to figure out the issue with the flash. It's definitely a frustrating situation of Mod Hell.
