yes, the 8.5" & 9.5" are the width of the rim. I'm pretty sure your fronts will be fine, but I don't know if the 225 for the back will fit around a 9.5" rim without being stretched too badly.
is your car xDrive? if so, you need to take into account the rolling diameter of the wheels; there cannot be more than a 1% diameter discrepancy from front to back.
