Yeah it looks like you have a 340 and i have a 335, so your airbox location is different. Shouldn't matter though, so long as the bar is stated as fitting your car. Other plastic placement may be different, im not sure.
As to the bolts, you can always remove 1 and go to your dealer to make sure you get the exact same one.
