I recently got an F30 335d with the following options:

S710A M Sports Steering Wheel Multifunction
S609A Navigation System Professional
S610A Headup Display
S6AKA CONNECTED DRIVE SERVICES
S6APA REMOTE SERVICES
S6CPA APPLE CARPLAY PREPERATION
S6FVA ONLINE ENTERTAINMENT
S6NWA Enhanced bluetooth with wireless charging
S6WAA Instrument cluster Full black panel display
S6WDA WLAN HOTSPOT
S544A Dynamic Cruise Control
S5ACA High beam assistant
S5ASA DRIVING ASSISTANT
S2NHA M SPORT BRAKES
S2TBA SPORT AUTO GEARBOX
S8THA SPEED LIMIT INFO

So seeing as I do have the KAFAS2 camera and the driver assistance package (lane departure warning, but no lane guidance etc) my questions are:

- How does S544A Dynamic Cruise Control differ from the normal cruise control with brake function?

- If I wanted to retrofit/code active cruise control with stop and go, would I need extra hardware (I assume the steering wheel controls) or is it only coding at this point?
Active cruise control requires the radar pod in the front bumper, which I've heard is a huge pain to retrofit. You also need a different ABS pump I believe.
