Same bore and stroke means nothing. The working stresses on almost all components are much higher. The fact this engine has a special forged crankshaft tells you something. The driving style from the average owner is expected to be more extreme. I would not be surprised to see a higher or different spec oil requirement from the N55. The cost of the exclusive oils over the ownership period is negligible, IMO, if they better protect the engine.
