BMW needs some encouragement to make individual colors more readily available (including in the US), especially with their DISMAL selection of standard F30 M-Sport colors. Estoril Blue II is a more-exciting option, but not everyone is a fan of the current fad for wild blue colors.
Tanzanite Blue and the other standard Individual colors are a good start.
