A83*1B 9 & 11 are the supply points to the SZL for heating and vibrate, they are nothing to do with the airbag connector. Do you have vibrate on your wheel already?
If you have wires in 9 & 11 this suggests you have vibrate or heating already? You need to check with a voltmeter or else we are pissing in the wind as they say.
Do you have pins fitted in front connector A83*4B pins 1 & 4?

No my car has no steering wheel heating and no vibrate.
But as I understood from first post, I need there on the A83*1B Supply so that the front of the airbag plug everything works or?
I have (-) wire from A173*7B (10) to A83*1B (11) and
(+) wire from Z7*5B (1/F45) to A83*1B (9)
That's 100%. I have a photo but I do not know how to upload this photo here.
And at the plug A83*4B I have no pins otherwise I would have no problem with supply of steering wheel electronics ECU.
